Our software helps property managers better handle daily operations in luxury apartment housing.

We need one graphic for each item in our upcoming Newsletter #20 (3 items in total). Each graphic should have a different feel to it. The newsletter we need graphics for is attached.

Important: Feel free to submit the newsletter items individually for feedback, but when we pick a winner, we'd like to have all your items in one package/submission.

We are introducing our "BuildingLink Labs" section of the website in this newsletter. You can find the section here: http://buildinglink.com/Public/buil…fault.aspx. I encourage you to look at the page. I will attach the newsletter items as a file.

I've attached our past Newsletter 19 so you can see the typical newsletter layout and an example of great graphics from a former contest winner!

I've also attached our Newsletter 20 items, so you can see what to base your images on.

The basic point of Item 1 is that BuildingLink Labs is a location, an initiative, and a webpage designed to future-proof our clients' buildings.

The basic point of Item 2 is that we are partnering with other companies as part of BuildingLink Labs.

The basic point of Item 3 is that Verizon mentioned our Sensor Solution Kits and how we used them on exercise equipment in a New York building.

One last note: this contest is open, meaning other designers can see the designs you submit.
