Create a fun illustrated map of Orlando, Florida for a Real Estate Company

We're an innovative Real Estate company in Central Florida who helps families buy and sell homes.

We're looking to create an ad in a magazine that showcases our company in a unique way. We work with people and families across Central Florida discover our unique communities and find their homes. Orlando is made up of many smaller communities or towns that make the area a great place to live. We'd like to create an illustrated map of the area that highlights a few of the communities and matches our branding colors.

I've attached some samples of map ideas. We really like the watercolor look. The map doesn't have to be to scale. However, we'd like the features to be in the general right area. You might need to move things closer to each other for spacing in your art.

We want the map to be playful but still similar to our brand. We want people to get a feel for Orlando just by looking at the map. We're looking for a more illustrated/hand drawn look on the map and less graphics. We also don't want the map to be to "cutesy." It still needs to represent our branding.
