Cabrillo Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a San Francisco based contractor serving the Bay Area since 1957. We service residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning and also provide sewer and drain service. Each of our field employees wears a complete pressed white uniform and we have a fleet of highly recognizable, high-quality service vehicles. While we cater to a high-end customer, our marketing has traditionally been light-hearted and whimsical.
We want to appeal to our existing market which extends along the SF Peninsula as far south as Los Altos and into the East Bay. Most of our customers are very well off, live in million-dollar-plus homes and have very high incomes. They want things done right the first time and like the convenience of working with Cabrillo. They also know they can trust us and that we provide the highest level of service available. We're not the cheapest company in town but we strive to be the absolute best.
We're want a complete redesign our corporate website. We're open to just about anything but would really like to implement a 1930's/40's Retro look. Not sure how to make that happen on a website but that's why we need you! We like to be different and whimsical but we cater to a high-end clientele that appreciates our professionalism. The site needs to make it easy for anyone who lands there to contact us immediately, join our email list or become a FB fan. Navigation must be simple and we like WP for the flexibility that widgets provide though our priorities are SEO (we've got that under control), conversion, style.
Our existing site is 980px wide to fit an ipad which is an important criteria for our owner. Main content section should be at least 485px wide. We don't mind a flash element but need to make sure it doesn't compromise SEO (in other words, the main copy on the home page needs to be text).
In the past we've featured 4 different things in our marketing - our logo (of course), our crazy owners Mike and Jeff, our distinctive truck, and Mr. Cabrillo (an animated version of our white-uniformed technician). We would welcome designs with the logo and any of the others.
I've attached a recent logo, truck and Mr. C, but don't have a good picture of M&J at the moment. Can provide one soon.
If at all possible, we'd also like to include this list of phone numbers for the cities we service if we can do it in a stylish way that displays on every page. We might have to just use a widget.
