Business professionals, including doctors and other professionals, but other types of business owners are also interested. They will be educated, in many cases highly educated, so a professional theme is required, something that builds credibility and reinforces the professionalism of our services. These owners are interested in improving their business, some are struggling, but others are in a mode of continuing improvements. What is peer benchmarking? It’s where business owners that are not competitors assemble for a full day meeting. They put their operating metrics and financial information/metrics on a board, and it becomes clear which businesses are performing at their peak in a given area. Typically, they may perform well in one area, but not in another, but with the participants there, there are those that have the best results in any or all areas, and then discussion and questions ensue to determine what they are doing that is different than the others. Additional conversations then evolve, analyzing initiatives for each of the group members, with everyone opining on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and size the benefits of the initiative to help with prioritization and focus. Many times attendees have tried and failed or been successful at the outlined initiative, so are able to help in advance.

We may use the colors and theme in our promotional materials, so will need fonts, curves, Pantone or other designating information on colors, and other information needed to utilize the theme.
We do need print and web formats.
