Graphic Needed for Post Rating Tool

We are a small web community dedicated to helping freelancers and those who work at home find jobs, avoid scams, and interact with others in the same boat.

Our audience ranges in age from teens to seniors looking for help and advice.

Voting of quality content is important to our site but we're concerned that the viewers are glancing over the option because we haven't done a good job positioning it, or possibly designing it.

We're looking for:

- A button to replace the current "Like this topic (+)(-)" or "Was this helpful (+)(-)" we have on each topic in our forums that lets users give a post a positive or negative rating. This is how it looks now: http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/…agewdw.png

- Simple is better but it needs to be eye catching. If you look at our brand we're fairly 'tropical' bonus points if you can integrate any kind of fun tropical way of voting.

- The button needs to drive increased voting, so positioning is vital, not sure that the bottom right is the best spot.

- We would like the button to include the text associated with voting.
