I need some custom funny emoticons created for a project I'm working on.
Im sure there will be somebody up to the challenge and they would make a good addition to a portfolio but Id need to have full rights to the png files when they are complete.

The emoticons would be similar to these but based on my own list

They don't have to be as good quality as those since I'm not paying all that much but around that quality would be good.
Id also prefer them in fireworks png or vector format but again they don't have to be if they are good
