Unique yet sophisticated logo required for real estate business

We are an investment company that creates value in residential real estate by fulfilling a property's highest and best use potential. We do this through real estate entitlement and development. For example, we may purchase raw land to build condos, or purchase a single family home to build apartments. Our target audience are property owners, specifically those who are considering selling their property but have not yet listed it for sale. We pursue off-market deals only.

In addition to the logos you have already created, please use this base logo design for inspiration. I had a friend create it for me but I need more variations. There is symbolism in the design that I really like that you may incorporate into your designs.

1. Green. The color green represents growth and prosperity.
2. Overall Triangle. The overall triangular shape of the logo represents the Wasatch Mountain Range, which is the birthplace of company.
3. Left Half. The left half of the overall triangle represents increasing residential density starting on the left with vacant land, a single family home, a multifamily complex and ending with two high-rise housing buildings.
4. Right Half. The right half of the overall triangle represents the aerial view of a parcel map.
5. Vacant Land. The left most triangle represents the vacant land of our company’s first deal, which involved a triangular shaped parcel that became the Arrowhead Apartments.
6. Single Family Home. The shape of the single family home forms an upward arrow to emphasis growth and prosperity.

While I like the symbolism, I think the logo has become too busy and therefore I’d like to simplify. One idea to simplify is to remove the right half of the overall triangle.
