UPDATE: Thanks all for the hard work and very cool designs. And sorry this update to the brief is coming so late. Not a fan of rounded logos or curves, super light fonts, designs have backwards or downward pointing arrows "<" or logos that are trying too hard to incorporate a symbol of a house. Designs I like: simple, but too simple, bold, and strong.
We are a successful, residential real estate team servicing an area that is located in the heart of Silicon Valley, situated right by Stanford University in Palo Alto.
Who am I?
I am former consultant, and the approach I take with all my clients is giving them straightforward, reliable information that is based on data and not a sales pitch. I want to convey to my clients that they have an advocate on their side to provide professional advice so they can make an informed decision on their home purchase. That being said, I don’t want my brand to be too cold and formal. Instead, I want them to think solid and reliable, or a team that they can always count on. Borrowing from the Medium brand guide, my business is “Understated, Trustworthy, Reassured, Reliable."
Who are my clients?
Our clients are the the hundreds of individuals and families we serve each year helping them buy and sell properties. Our clients are aged 28-45, highly educated, tech savvy, working professionals. They work in tech, finance, healthcare, law, and business. They are buying in all price ranges.
How will get my brand out there?
We focus on high quality content, on videos and photos, as well as in written form (i.e. blogs, articles). We use digital marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Instagram) advertising so a logo or icon that can stand out and on its own and be recognizable in and of its self is important. I have a website, Facebook page, and YouTube channel, and I will be pushing content with the goal of having more clients want to reach out to me because they recognize me as a thought leader and someone who can help them achieve their goals.
