The branding should be contemporary, inclusive, bright, optimistic, approachable and forward-looking.
When I first started thinking through names, I liked the idea that the name would imply growth or would refer to something that is alive. I also liked the idea that there was something that grounded the name in urbanity. I also liked the idea of a name referencing something that is personal in my life.

Our company is a real estate investment company that brings together domestic and international investors (through syndications) to invest into multifamily properties in key markets in the United States. Our Target Investor Audience
Our investor clients are successful, educated professionals that may or may not have invested before in real estate. The primary target will be a domestic audience from flourishing urban metros like San Francisco, New York, etc. In particular, there will be marketing towards audiences that have traditionally been left out of real estate investment despite their professional achievements and success, including women and communities of color. Finally, a strong secondary market will be high net worth international investors. Many of these international investors will not have access to the types of investments that we are offering. This will facilitate unique access.
There will also be a core value in this company to help bring more professional women and professionals from ethnic minority communities, into real estate investing.
