Replace Your Mortgage

We teach a course for homeowners on how to pay off their mortgage in 5-7 years using a home equity line of credit. Our target is present and future homeowners who have a positive cash flow and a 620 credit score.

I have attached a book cover that we would like to model but make somewhat different if possible.

FRONT

- We are wanting a white background cover with navy as used for the title image that goes across the book. I would like the tittle and subtitle to be on the same navy bar across. Not two colors.

- White text for title but open to suggestions.

- Title Text: Replace Your Mortgage
Subtitle: How to Pay Off Your Home in 5-7 Years On Your Current Income

- At the very top of the book I would like our names: Michael Lush David Dutton

- I would like our pictures to be like the example which is above the title. I have attached two different pictures. I also would like to have the pictures cropped at the bottom and start maybe where the top button is on the suit that the guy on the right is wearing. However, open to suggestions though.

- At the bottom of the example book where it says "#1 new york times bestselling author", I would like mine to say "It's Math. Not Magic."

- This book will be published on createspace.com in a 6x8 format.

- white background and black text but open.

- Testimonial at the top...maybe bigger font so it really catches the eye of someone picking it up. Here is the text:
