Book cover. Name of book is "Exposing the Truth Behind the Lies of Real Estate Investing." The design idea we are looking for is the following:
A For Sale sign with the devil standing behind it with his arms crossed on the top of the sign holding his weight. The words For Sale with smaller letters in parenthesis underneath saying (Such a Deal); the sign post can be the pitchfork with the fork part sticking out of the ground a bit and a ring of fire around the devil and this sign. In the background sits a nice home with rays of light shining on it from the top corner of the cover. Somewhere on this page is the title and Sharon Restrepo, Author.
On the back cover, include author's photo and the following:
