Born in 1984, Tim Teege finally found his way into the world of endurance sports in 2008, finishing his first marathon in 2010. Since then, more than a hundred race events have followed, including long distance swims, IRONMAN triathlons, ultra trails, but most of all, marathons. The father of four girls works as CEO of a web design agency in Hamburg, Germany, and enjoys playing guitars and drums on the side.
“How to Run a Marathon” is a comprehensive guide for completely untrained people who would like to go from lazy couch potato to happy marathon finisher.
People of any gender from the age of 18 and up who are interested in running a marathon as a lifetime achievement

I’m looking for something reduced and minimalistic. Strong and clean fonts, easy to read, easy on the eyes. Big contrasts between colors. The design shall convey wisdom, experience, trustworthiness.
A stylistic and very simplistic drawing of a runner shall be the center piece, maybe even conveying the progress made from lying around lazily to getting up and running towards happiness.
Was vermieden werden soll
No stock pictures of a runner, no stock pictures at all. The design shall stand out from all the other endurance running books.
