One Light KC is a luxury apartment complex in Kansas City. It has full amenities including gym, pool, concierge, front door person 24 hours a day, upscale lounges. The target audience would be working professionals or business owners without children that make over $80,000 per year between the ages of 28 and 40 mostly men.
